Zhongqing Energy is a professional manufacturer focused on the R&D and production of perfluorohexanone (Novec 1230) fire extinguishing patches. Our production line is located in Guangzhou, China, serving global customers with factory-direct supply.

Our core patches use a microencapsulated perfluorohexanone process that activates automatically at around 140°C, requiring no external power or piping. They are designed for electrical cabinets, sockets, and Li-ion battery PACKs. Each patch has a service life of approximately 5 years; once activated, the agent is released quickly and fully vaporizes, leaving no residue and causing no damage or corrosion to equipment — ideal for unattended and confined spaces.

Beyond standard products, Zhongqing Energy supports OEM/ODM customization including trigger temperature, size, appearance and packaging. We also provide wholesale and export support for distributors and overseas customers, along with samples and quality documentation. Every patch is tested before shipment and corresponding quality reports are available.
