How long does the fire patch last?
Designed lifespan of 10 years. The perfluorohexanone microcapsules remain stable at room temperature with no degradation or evaporation.
How to install? Is professional help needed?
No professional installation required. Simply peel off the backing and stick it where protection is needed. Cabinet types also support DIN rail and magnetic mounting.
What size fire can it suppress?
Depending on the model, coverage ranges from 0.3 to 1.2m³. Fire patches are designed for early-stage fire suppression — they extinguish flames before they spread.
Is it safe for humans? Any residue after activation?
Perfluorohexanone is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and electrically non-conductive. After activation it fully evaporates with zero residue — no damage to electronic components.
Is the patch reusable after activation?
The patch is single-use. Replace it after activation. Unactivated patches remain effective for the full 10-year lifespan.
